I feel very fortunate to have a very timely buiness selling Bank REO properties with a system that is easy to automate and for which “monkeys” could be trained to execute. Unfortunately, in the early stages of our business, Denny Santana and myself (Steven Klein) don’t have the capital to pay for “monkeys” , so WE are the “Monkeys” and WE EXPERIENCED SOME CRAZY STUFF putting out “bandit” signs from 12am to 3:15am.

Check it out! I am putting up parts I and II from Wed night/ early Thursday morning and will put parts III and IV on Sat with a great serendipity video for you on tomorrow!
The videos are a little dark even with a flashlight because we are out “in field” starting at 12 midnight. Good stuff!
