Tips on Masterminding! Due to Laptop issues, no videos for awhile.
I’m having some issues with a laptop that hit capacity. In backing up to a 500 gig external hard drive, I’ve experienced some challenges. Once that is handled, I’ll be able to get back to providing you great video content along with tips on connecting
Until then, here’s a tip:
Contact the 10-12 most creative successful people you know and plan a time to get together with them to mastermind and help each other with your businesses. Make sure you have an agenda and that everyone prepares based on an email you send out with assignments to prepare!
Have fun, build relationships, and watch your business grow!
Bonus: others are going to hear about it and want to be a part of it. Always seek to bring in higher caliber people and those who will commit to meeting once every 6 weeks or so. For those who are really serious, meet every week. If you can’t do it in person, do a webinar or conference call.

Finding Your Niche and Pursuing Your Passion!!!!
This is Steven Klein, the SuperKonnector. This morning, I did the unthinkable! I accidentally deleted one of the best videos I’ve ever shot! I’ll just have to get my “subjects” together again and shoot another one. Lesson: Back up your video online before you start playing with the pictures on your digital camera! Lesson 2: shoot 2 clips instead of one (it only took us about 20 sec and 1 take!)
Today’s clip is of my good friend JT Tapias and his grandfather Claude. Our topic is finding your niche and pursuing your passion. I’ve done my best to introduce JT to a lot of people in the seminar industry to help him pursue his dreams. Connecting is all about Service and follow up, helping people get what they want! Since health and fitness are important values to me, I love helping people like JT, especially since he is a Class Act!
If anyone should have been a personal trainer, it’s JT! JT’s family gene pool for musculature is unbelievable! After a tragic injury ended an incredible professional soccer career, JT got into personal training along with a couple of other businesses. His grandfather, Claude was a professional body builder and still looks great in his mid 80′s!
JT recently decided to transition into professional speaking, and gratefully introduced him to some people that are helping him ramp up that career quickly. JT has helped me with my workout routine and occassionally “kicks my butt” at his Sat morning bootcamp. Here’s a video to introduce you to JT and his grandfather Claude.

You’re going to see some interesting things along your journey through life! Some things will jump out at you; others won’t. If you want to get the most from connecting, you’ve got to be aware of all the magical things that are happening around you that could help you in your quest!!!
Last Wed I was putting out signs for my Bank Owned real estate wholesaling business until 3:15am. On our way back home, we came across a really interesting happening!
There were police and a fire-engine blocking off the right lane on W Platt St because a Transformer was on fire and shooting sparks everywhere (unfortunately my business partner Denny got locked onto the transformer so you can’t see the police car or fire-engine). In pitch black darkness this was a brilliant sight, and we made it through safely! Enjoy the video and remember to notice all the cool stuff on your journey through life!

Here is a great example of being open and aware of helping people in any way that you can.
I moved to Tampa in Feb 2007. I asked for referrals for office space and Casey Connors (who I haven’t seen or spoken to since March 2007) introduced me to George Chaconas. I didn’t want to lease a room in his building, but we became friends.
George is a great guy and partner in www.Washington Partners.com which buys and sells businesses. He is also the father of a beautiful 3 month old baby. George introduced me to Juan Pardo who is now his protege. Watch the video for the rest of the story, but from a referral for office space, I found 2 friends, and 1 is my now my landlord. You never know! (You’ll have to excuse any foul language on the video. they are not paid actors and didn’t know this was going on a blog. this is authentic and genuine footage!) Enjoy!
